Self-Introduction

ICA is a well-established power systems and racks systems manufacturer in Indonesia. We specialize in designing, developing and manufacturing superior quality UPS (uninterruptible power supply), Stabilizer and 19" Rack Cabinet Systems. We are an ISO9001 accredited company. However our ultimate goal is to continuous render a service which is beyond our ISO commitment.

Quality Statement

ICA is committed to deliver products and provide services that satisfies the needs and expectations of our customers in a timely and cost effective manner. Our quality objective for 2001 is "Maintaining the customer complaints rate is always under 3% of the total sales quantity".

UPS Quality Control

We strong believe that a excellent quality products are produced from a excellent quality control. Most of the major UPS components - PCB board, Transformers, Casing, Front Panels - are manufactured in our manufacturing plants. To ensure for the highest quality and reliability of our products, we conduct thorough testing, which includes the following:-

• Automatic testers for the functional testing, of which there are four instruments, namely digital oscilloscopes, multimeters, counters, frequency meters scanners and etc.

• Two complete computerized test systems for final testing UPS units. 

• Two automatic in-circuit testing complete with computer and etc.

• A computerized measurement systems for automatic testing of UPS and production of the appropriate test reports.

Seven oscilloscopes with digital memory. Thirty oscilloscopes for tests in production, two ovens for burn in test on circuits, one of which can also accept the smaller UPS units. RFI measurement equipment, voltage peak measurement equipment, computerized systems for mains voltage analysis, with memory covering a period of one month.

The company’s projects today include the development of equipment using special rectifiers with an input p.f. of 1, i.e. without injection of harmonics to the mains irrespective of the type of load, power systems with facilities for remote signaling, measurement and control.

Technology Advancement

To keep in pace with the fast technology development, 50 members of our Research & Development Team is always looking out for the latest technology to incorporate into our products. Besides design and development hardware, we also develop power management software to work with our hardware.
